Eliminate stress caused by poor time management

Exercise :
Sensible time management tackles most of the twelve most common roots of management stress. Research on thousand managers in ten countries has identified these as follows.

Please put a number in each box, listing your stress potency quotient (SPQ) from one (extremely high) to five (virtually non existent)

12-24 You are already stressed. Take a day off, see your doctor and check your time management skills
25-44 You need to improve your time management across a wide front. Do not procrastinate
45- 59 Select particular areas for improvement and work on them without delay
60 Fine, but how about the people working for You
